Happy Valentine's Day
Today we honor the anniversary of the birth of Samuel J. Foosaner (1907-1988), tax lawyer, author, and philanthropist. The Law Library's collections on taxation and estate planning are supported by a grant from the Samuel J. Foosaner Foundation. With Mr. Foosaner in the picture above is his daughter Dione L. Negroni, President of the Foundation.
