In the 100 years since the founding of Rutgers Law School, the legal community has engaged in ongoing debates concerning the proper methodologies of legal education. These debates, enhanced by dramatic technological advances and changing social perspectives, have renewed efforts to bring legal education into the modern era. This Symposium will explore the means employed by innovative law schools to equip graduates with legal theory and prepare them to become well-rounded professionals with social and global awareness.
