New Books received in April
Our April list of Selected New Books includes a novel about the Supreme Court, and works on antitrust, care-giving and labor law, constitutional law, corporate governance, criminal procedure in Germany, food law, immigration, international law, intellectual property, marital agreements, military courts, privacy, social media, sports law, taxation, torture, unbundling legal services, and women suffrage. Also posted is a more lengthy list of Selected Acquisitions in the Gottfredson Library of Criminal Justice, including the autobiography of a criminal defense lawyer, and works on art theft, the British law of homicide, and moral aspects of punishment and retribution.

Library Welcomes New Director
On April 19th the library staff, together with representatives from the Law School faculty and administration and Dana Library, gave a ceremonial welcome to John Joergensen, presently of the Rutgers-Camden Law Library, who will join us as our Director this July.

New Books received in March
Our March list of selected new books in the Law Library includes works on global finance systems, constitutional law, the death penalty, diminished responsibility, genocide, mediation, education law, inheritance, intellectual property, Internet law, intersexuality, labor law, legal education, legal history, the legal profession, obscenity, philosophy of law, sustainable development, taxation, and war crimes. Also posted is a list of new books in our criminal justice library, including works on criminal evidence, health care fraud, and Thurgood Marshall.
